1. Discovery Call
The first step is to start a dialogue about your goals and your process for bookkeeping services.
We discuss what type of information you want to track and create a schedule and timeline that fits your needs.
2. The Process
We will do what we are good at so you can focus on what you’re good at.
We will keep you informed and up to date on our progress along with initial questions throughout the process.
3. The Outcome
Finally, the finished product of your financial statements and eventually submission to your CPA for final tax purposes.
We will become the middleman between yourself and your CPA until your final approval of your tax return.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change and based on an individual client basis.
Standard Rate
$100 (Starting)
Up to 2 Hrs of bookkeeping work each month (minimum)
For Additional Time
$50/hr
For more than 2 Hrs+ of bookkeeping work each month
Special Rate
$50/hr
For special projects beyond bookkeeping
Reconciliation & Review
$50/hr
You’re already done the bookkeeping but need a double check on the accounting aspect.
Teaching
$50/hr
Want to be more hands on with your accounting? We will give you the tools to be familiar with your business.
Fixed Rate
Need more than just bookkeeping or teaching?
Ask about our fixed rate! We’ll work with you for all additional accounting needs.
